Welcome to Fremantle Sailing Club

Fremantle Sailing Club enjoys a spectacular waterfront location overlooking the Indian Ocean and is just minutes from the Fremantle CBD. As one of Australia’s largest ocean clubs, Fremantle Sailing Club is home to over 3000 members and caters for a thriving Membership with a diverse range of ages and interests.

Our Members enjoy a full calendar of events throughout the season with competitive sailing in several dinghy classes, inshore and offshore racing. Other club activity sections include Angling, Cruising, Diving, Game Fishing, Archives, a wonderful group of Bosuns and even a Pipes and Drums Section, the only pipe band in the world part of a sailing club.

Fremantle Sailing Club has recently supported the launch of a Women’s Sailing and Mentorship Program, encouraging more women to sail at all levels. So come and experience the best Fremantle Sailing Club has to offer!

Mike Harvey is an annual Inshore event held on 5 February 2022 at Fremantle Sailing Club. The Starting line will be situated at Fremantle Sailing Clubs Mark L and finish in Hillary.

Warning Signals: Division 1 1200, Division 2 1205, Division 6 J&M 1210 Start Area: Starting line will be situated at FSC Mark L
